Saturday, January 26th, 2008Ok, I am sorry I am late with this but I still had to talk about this. A Colorado couple is taking legal action to get paid for the medical marijuana plants police wrongly killed after a raid. The police wrongly siezed the plants in the first place, and are required by Colorado law to keep them alive if the plants are in fact for medical purposes. So it is sweet enough that the couple gets to bust poker play moneypoker torneos gratistexas holdem estrategiastrip poker online gratis, poker online gratis, juegos online gratis pokerpoker online sinjugar a poker gratisjuego de poker pcpoquer com esfree poker playing online, free online poker, free online poker fake moneyfree texas hold em gamebest internet pokeronline poker gamblingtexas hold em gameonline texas holdem tournament, freeroll texas holdem tournament, texas holdem tournamentpoker software developeronline poker for funonline poker tourfree texas holdem poker download, free texas holdem poker, free texas holdem poker game7 card stud hands7 card stud oddsplay poker online, play poker, how to play three card pokeronline poker no downloadfree video poker game7 card stud hi lowonline poker softwarepoker game downloadpoker rule,5 card draw poker rule, strip poker ruleonline video pokeronline poker strategyinternet poker gameinternet poker softwarefree online poker tightpoker7 card stud softwaredraw pokerplay free poker onlinevideo poker softwarecrazy game of pokerplay video poker7 card stud gamesfree video pokerfree texas holdem poker playonline poker sitefree texas hold em pokerpoker casino gamefun game home play pokeronline poker freefree on line pokerbad credit card, approval bad card credit credit instant, bad card credit credit people ukcredit card consolidation loan, card consolidation credit interest loan low, card consolidation credit debt debt loancard compare credit uk the cops balls on this issue at all. But here is my favorite part of the article
When asked how much compensation they’re seeking, the couple’s attorney, Robert Corry, replied, “We’re asking for the Drug Enforcement Agency’s estimate of what the marijuana plants are worth.
That could be well over $1,000 a plant.”I think it’s fundamental that we’re able to use the same figures that they use against us,” James said. “If they’re inflated, then maybe they (the DEA) shouldn’t be using them in a court of law to condemn somebody for five or six years.”
Hahahhahaha! For years I’ve steamed over DEA riling the public up by saying ridiculous things like BC Bud and cocaine were being traded on a pound for pound basis, or that weed was selling for up to $100 a gram in North Jersey, so this couple gets my nomination for potheads of the year for shoving it back in law enforcement’s face. I really hope this goes to trial (provided it doesn’t hurt the Masters) so we can see “experts” trying to defend and/or back peddle from their numbers.
I mentioned two ridiculous LE “prices” that I’ve seen, if anyone else has some to report let me know, I’m always up for a good laugh.
